Fall in love with walleye fishing
Our knowledgeable fishing guides will show you how easy and fun, reeling ’em up can be.
The Columbia River below John Day Dam and McNary Dam is home to some of the best Walleye fishing in the state of Washington.
Our Walleye fishing guides target these fish below John Day Dam down to the mouth of the Deschutes River, as well as around Umatilla and Irrigon. Starting in late February and continuing until July you can find our team of guides filling their live wells full of nice Walleye.
Trolling worms or crank baits on the bottom is key as well as knowing where the hot spots are. For pure numbers of Walleye, this is the place to go.
For walleye, seeing is believing! To get the most out of your fishing trip, especially if you’re targeting those toothy critters, look for times when light conditions are less than optimal. Dawn and dusk make great prime time periods for working a line since their eyesight is better in lowlight conditions.
We operate our guided Walleye fishing service in numerous cities across the Northwest. Some popular areas are; Lewiston ID, Clarkston WA, Lyons Ferry WA, Richland WA, Pasco WA, Kennewick WA, Umatilla OR, Biggs Junction OR, Dalles OR, Cascade Locks OR, Portland OR and Maryhill State Park WA.
