Voted Best Fishing Guides in Washington

Washington State’s fishing scene just keeps getting better!

Reel Time Fishing is based in Clarkston, Washington and offers guided fishing trips on three of the most prominent rivers in the state: the Columbia RiverSnake River, and Grande Ronde River.

You can find a Reel Time Fishing boat running guided fishing trips from the mouth of the Columbia all the way up into the reaches of Hells Canyon on the Snake River. In the Spring time we offer trips on the Grande Ronde for Smallmouth Bass and the Snake River for Smallmouth BassSturgeon, and Walleye.

As Summer rolls around our operation moves to the Columbia River near llwaco to target Fall Chinook and Coho. We follow these fish up the river and eventually end on the Columbia at the Hanford Reach or on the Snake River near Clarkston.

Once this season is over we switch our focus to the free flowing section of Snake River out of Heller Bar for Steelhead. Our guided fishing Washington trips take up a good majority of our time so there is always an opportunity for you to get out on the water.

Hanford Reach a Fishing Paradise

It’s no secret that the Vernita/Hanford Reach area is a fisherperson’s paradise, boasting an incredible 50-mile stretch of beautiful water and scenery, providing perfect breeding grounds for hundreds of thousands of Chinook Salmon. These fish have some serious stamina as they make their way up all 400 miles of the Columbia River. After such an impressive journey, you can still expect them to be sporting those characteristic rosy hues and delicious oily flesh we know so well.

If you’re a fan of walleye fishing, January and February are prime months to cast your lines!

Lyons Ferry on the Snake River is where it’s at when fishing for walleye. We use a lead head jig and worms to tap into that intense, hands-on experience, feeling every bite and setting each hook! If you’re looking to cast your line in these waters, there are two prime spots: Starbuck or Marina KOA Holiday. Let the fish adventure begin with Reel Time Fishing!
