Tri-Cities Chinook Salmon Fishing

Get wild with some of the best Chinook Salmon around, caught fresh in the Pacific Northwest!

If you’re looking to get your hands on some Chinook Salmon in the Pacific Northwest, look no further than the Tri-Cities fishing guides. Upriver from Pasco, Kennewick and Richland starting mid-September is prime time for Chinook Salmon.

To start off with our guides at Reel Time Fishing will be trolling “down river or downhill” which allows us to cover more water faster when fish are traveling through this area of Columbia River’s spawning grounds. But once those salmon settle into their habitat it’s time for a bit of back trolling eggs and plugs. We work hard to give you an adventure like no other!

Reel Time Fishing is the key to unlocking a thrilling Tri-Cities experience!

The Columbia River hosts Washington’s biggest population of fall Chinook, and with our guided trips these monsters can be yours. These bad boys are putting up quite a fight, weighing in at an average of 18-22lbs (with records pushing 50!). The waters here are unpredictable but oh so full of potential; put your trust in us, and we’ll give you an unforgettable fishing adventure that won’t leave you disappointed.

Experienced Guide = Successful Adventure

In less than an hour from Tri-Cities you can arrive at Hanford Reach or Vernita where the Chinook can also be found. Our Tri-Cities fishing guides have also been successful in this area of the Columbia River as well. It’s no walk in the park, though: conditions on this stretch of the Columbia River can change drastically throughout the day (we’re talking 3 to 6 feet!). With our experienced guides however, safe passage is guaranteed – so come join us for some unforgettable angling action!
